    The Community Cancer Fund (CCF), a local non-profit organization dedicated to funding local research, prevention and screening programs, and support of patients and families, and The Alliance for Cancer Care, a local collaboration between Providence Health Care, Kootenai Health and Cancer Care Northwest, have been working together to impact the local fight against cancer since 2014.

    In 2015, Kootenai Health joined forces with Providence Health Care and Cancer Care Northwest to create an alliance in cancer care. The Alliance provides patients with access to the region’s finest hospitals, largest group of specialists, and most complete and advanced cancer treatment options available.

  • Working together to end cancer

    In 2015, Cancer Care Northwest, Kootenai Health and Providence Health Care formed a regional cancer alliance and launched a comprehensive radiation oncology program aimed at integrating radiation services across the entire Inland Northwest. The InnerPacific Alliance for Cancer Care allows the strengths of each organization to come together to provide the most complete and advanced technology and expertise in delivering radiation for the treatment of cancer.
